I am writing this forecast from Oswego, NY, 300 miles to the north of Philadelphia, and believe it or not, it was warmer in some places up here. The high in Syracuse on Monday was a record-breaking 85 degrees. Fulton, NY, 30 miles north of Syracuse, got to 81 degrees, and here in Oswego, 40 miles north of Syracuse, we got to 79 degrees.Tonight: Periods of rain, windy. Lows will drop to around 46 degrees. Winds will be from the east-northeast at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. The chance of rain is about 90 percent. The sunset tonight is at 7:36 PM.
